Client Satisfaction

The client has the right to access the official procedures of the GHR in circumstances where an issue cannot be satisfactorily resolved within the bounds of the therapeutic relationship. Unless the client specifically requests otherwise, a follow-up questionnaire may be posted out at some point in the future, following the conclusion of the treatment.  This is simply designed to monitor the outcome and help evaluate the service provided.
