Hypnotherapy and becoming a non-smoker
Just imagine becoming a non-smoker! Not just stopping smoking, which suggests that you can start again, but a non-smoker.
Imagine life with:
-
Better health and more energy
-
Improved fertility and libido
-
Reduced levels of stress, anxiety and agitation
-
Better mood control
-
Better sleep
-
Increased self-confidence and self-belief
-
Fresher-looking skin, fresh breath, whiter teeth, and a clean body odour
-
A longer life expectancy
-
Reduced health risks for your partner, children, family, and friends who are breathing in your smoke
Smoking can be difficult to quit and your strong motivation is needed. You may believe that smoking calms you, in fact, nicotine is a powerful stimulant that engages you in a dangerous smoke-stress spiral.
Are you tired of the toxic love affair you’re having with cigarettes?
Do you want to stop worrying about what smoking is doing to your health?
Do you want to do something better with your money than smoke it?
Whatever the reason for wanting to quit just know that you CAN

How Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy can help you be the non-smoker you want to be
Does this sound familiar?
When you're in a space where you can’t smoke, you don’t. Even if you are in this space for a long time. Your mind accepts that you can’t smoke here.
Which suggests that the addiction is in your mind more than in your body. As soon as you are out of the non-smoking space, your first thought is about smoking, because you can have one now.
This is where your real addiction lies.
It is your mind that is addicted to cigarettes. Your body can rid itself of the poison in a few days. Your real battle with cigarettes is with your thoughts.
This is why, in my approach to smoking cessation, I continue to work with you after our initial smoking cessation session. My goal is for you to stop smoking for good.
I know you will need a helping hand, a listening ear, and continued support for your mind to gain the confidence, the self-belief, and the optimism that every cigarette you have smoked has sucked out of it.
Hypnosis is one part of the therapy I use to help you quit smoking. In hypnosis, you access and gain support from your intuitive, dreamy mind; you build confidence, hope, and self-belief.
I also help you plan, in a very practical and hands-on way, how to deal with future times that used to be naturally and often unconsciously associated with a cigarette. CBT, mindfulness, and relaxation are all helpful and will form part of your toolkit.
In short, we use your dreamy, intuitive mind and your logical, rational mind to overcome the nicotine beast and place you in charge.
