Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

 

I've had a rich work and life experience before becoming a therapist.

After finishing my degree course in Applied Social Sciences way back in 1986, I left the UK in my early 20's. I travelled for a while, and then I settled in the French countryside with the father of my three kids.

​

Throughout my 20's and 30's I taught English as a foreign language.

​​

In 2003 I began a career in a direct sales company. I worked up the corporate ladder eventaully directing a marketing team in the Head Office.

​​

Fast forward several years and in 2016 I left my pyschologically abusive husband, divorced and relocated to London with my youngest son. Synchronicity had offered me a safe 'get out of jail' card as I was offered the role of UK and Ireland  director for the same company.

​

After a couple of years, I became increasingly conscious that I wanted to change direction. The company that I had admired was now going down the path of eternal expansion with ever faster product updates. I was no longer aligned from an ethical or ecologcial standpoint. As serendipity often lends a helping hand I was offered redundancy and took it!

​

I then trained as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist in the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in 2019. I also trained in Reiki and plunged back into astrology.

Today I'm proud to work in a field where wellness is at its very heart.

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy can make a profound difference to your life. It can give you the time and the space to reflect and choose the direction you really want in your life.

Astrology has always been present on my journey. It has given me a valuable tool with which to understand my own and others' characters and to navigate the energies that traverse our lives. I blend the knowledge of your birth chart into my therapeutic work if you are open to this.

I also offer readings if you are simply curious about how this works and wish to have an insight into your personal 'map'.

Today I live with my second husband Chris and we split our time between Southwest London and Grenoble.
