How Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy can help you be the non-smoker you want to be

In my cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy approach, I use a range of techniques to tailor-make a short programme that’s going to give you the best opportunity to become a non-smoker.

This involves:

  • A  45 minute preparatory session to deep dive into your habit and motivation. It's usually an eye-opening experience for you as the in-depth questions give you more awareness of your habit. You start stepping back from it.

  • A 2-hour session where I use different powerful techniques to unpack and desensitize your habit. Each one of these techniques could help you stop on their own. We use them ALL to maximise the coping skills at your disposal. 

  • These techniques include mind and body relaxation techniques, behavioural and cognitive coping strategies, self-confidence building, habit-breaking techniques, hypnotic motivational reinforcement. We will work on unravelling your beliefs and feelings about smoking. 

  • Self-hypnosis downloads and phone support over the 6 weeks following your session.

  • a 1hr follow-up session
